近日，三亚悦澜湾绿地铂瑞酒店任命钟万仁先生为行政总厨，全面负责酒店厨房的整体运作。

从业25逾年以来，来自四川的钟万仁先生先后在北京、四川、重庆、广州、深圳、珠海、郑州及厦门等地留下精彩的事业足迹。拥有精湛厨艺的他，擅长川菜，粤菜和湘菜。他从食材、创新、烹饪的一致性，料理技艺及口味的融合这五个方面，务求呈现美食的精髓。他拥有丰富的酒店厨房管理经验，曾先后任职于万豪及洲际等集团旗下的品牌酒店。

“厨师如工匠一般，不断打磨烹饪手艺和追求出品的细节，了解和挖掘食材本性，以创新的方式升华食材。” 钟万仁先生如是说。“三亚悦澜湾绿地铂瑞酒店现已正式开业，我将带领我们的团队为食客呈献一段多重感官及细腻难忘的饮食体验。”

Recently, Mr. Beck Zhong has been appointed as Executive Chef of Primus Hotel Sanya Pleasant Bay, who is fully in charge of Kitchen operations for the hotel.

Chef Beck, who comes from Sichuan Province, has been bound up with cuisine since 1994. In the past 25 years, you could find him cooking in various cities like Beijing, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Guangzhou etc. He is a master of Sichuan, Cantonese & Hunan cuisine. He pursues to present the essence of food from ingredient, innovation, cooking, skills & taste. Meanwhile, he has generated rich experience in hotel kitchen management and worked with many international hotel companies, such as Marriott & IHG.

“Chef is just like a craftsman. My preference and secret is to constantly improve cooking skills, pursue details of food quality, and generate better understanding of the essence of ingredients, and eventually to deliver in an innovative way.” Says Chef Beck,“ I’m confident that our team will definitely deliver high quality cuisine to our customers and host them with unique dining experiences.”

With a total of 276 characteristic guestrooms which offering a variety of choices, from spacious standard room to studio, unique suites and exclusive villas with private swimming pool. Each guestroom is fully equipped with Wi-Fi access, flat screen TV, clock music radio, direct dial and IDD telephone.Some guestroom is even with a kitchen, mini bar,fridge & washing machine that meeting different kinds of needs.
