数据治理专家
岗位职责
● 配合公司战略规划，协调公司相关资源配置，推动集团数据治理体系建设。具体包括协调集团以及相关部门的需求，制定集团层面数据治理、数据标准、数据质量相关的制度和流程，规范公司数据质量管理相关程序
● 根据国家、证券行业和集团实际情况，理解集团内部各类业务具体内容和实际数据结构，牵头相关方建立健全集团层面覆盖监管、客户、业务、管理等各方面的统一数据标准，推动公司数据标准体系和统一数据字典的建设与落地
● 根据公司的规划，组织相关部门的资源，协调业务部门与IT部门推动公司统一数据平台建设与落地
● 牵头建立集团层面数据质量管理机制，组织制定数据质量规则，建立健全数据质量监控体系，并组织相关部门不断提升数据质量
岗位要求
● 全日制研究生或以上学历
● 3-5年相关工作经验，具备数据治理、数据分析或数据结构方面项目实施经验以及一定的项目管理经验。具备金融行业的业务背景，熟悉证券业务者优先
● 熟悉数据治理体系，掌握数据治理的相关理论、管理方法, 具备数据管理视角及知识广度
● 具备分析、解决问题的能力，善于组织协调，工作认真仔细，能够承受工作中的压力
● 具备良好的服务精神及团队合作能力，工作积极主动，有责任心，优秀的书面表达与口头沟通能力

法务经理（二级市场）
岗位职责
● Providing legal advice on transaction structuring and documentation of securities secondary market transactions
● Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and relative documents for above mentioned business
● Handling other assignments designated by Senior Legal Counsel from time to time
岗位要求
● Preferably have experience in legal matters of various aspects of securities secondary market businesses, including asset management products (private/public securities investment funds, trusts, various types of asset management schemes, etc.), equities trading and other securities brokerage businesses, structured products, non-standard debt investments, etc
● Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and communication skills
● Willing to study in new areas
● High integrity and professional ethics
● Proficient communication skills and interpersonal skills
● Competence to work under intense pressure
● A good team player
● Basic office computer skills
资格条件
● A law degree from a reputable law school with a Chinese Mainland lawyer practice license
● Approximately 1-3 years PQE, preferably gained from reputable law firm(s), investment bank(s) or other financial institution(s)
